Canning - Caraway Beets

I tried a different recipe for canning beets - this one's focus was on caraway (instead of cloves). I made two batches. Each batch made 3 one litre jars. The first batch I fully strained, and didn't add any decorative spices. But the second batch I put a pinch of caraway and a pinch of peppercorns.


Jars Filled Today: 6   Total Jars Filled: 36    Number of Jars Remaining: 170
