The decanting process has already begun. When I decided to take on this challenge, I had to promise myself that I would also make a point of eating the results. So this morning, I opened the small jar of Gingered Rhubarb Citrus jam from Batch Two and put a spoonful on my granola and yogurt. WOW! I am in LOVE!!! Pungent and not too sweet. Say hello to my new morning tradition. My only concern is emptying the jars as fast as I fill them!
